The charts of the patterns are in pdf format and will be sent to your e-mail upon payment reception notice by PayPal. The pdf charts will be sent to the e-mail address used for PayPal unless stated otherwise. Every buyer needs an Adobe Acrobat Viewer to be able to view and print the patterns. Therefore, there will be "NO" shipment charges ... Free Adobe Acrobat Viewer can be downloaded from their page ... I periodically check my in-box, so the latest delivery to your e-mail address will be maximum one day due to time zone differences. Please note that my time is GMT +2 ...

For coloured patterns, I always provide two charts; one with Black & White symbols and the other with Coloured Blocks with symbols, all coded for DMC ... However, to reduce the pdf size, some big patterns are only provided with Black & White symbol charts ... A great link for cross stitch tips : WDC Design

I can only accept PayPal ... However, those who do not live far from Turkey, say in Europe, may come with a request of posting the money via "registered mail" under their responsibility. I also sell patterns at eBay and a few buyers had sent money with registered mail. It works but it is time consuming and there is always a risk ... I personally do not like to see the "Add to Cart" button when I view the online shops. I somehow have this discomfort as if it keeps generating signals to my subconscious :) However, this page is a commercial one and the best feasible, fast and secure way to make life easier for the buyer and the seller is the method of adding such buttons. In this case, it is the PayPal "Add to Cart" button that you will see under each pattern. One advantage of the page design I have chosen though, is the inner scrolling page that avails you viewers/buyers to only see the pattern without having have to keep seeing the button and price :)
